CHIEF EXECUTIVE - PATRICK HONEY F.C.A
FINANCE, TOURISM, LEISURE & HOTEL SPECIALIST
A professionally qualified and highly experienced financial, residential development and hotel & tourism industry specialist. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales who has been working in the hotel, tourism and development industry for 44 years since qualifying.  Positions in the industry have been in all divisions of operations, finance, design and development, working with significant sized corporations in a variety of countries world-wide. Has held senior tourism advisory positions advising governments in Argentina, Georgia and Armenia and is currently advising the Government of Benin on a new beach front tourism zone and marina resort development. In the private sector he has held leisure & hotel positions from Finance Director through to Managing Director, President and Chief Executive. Patrick Honey is currently shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of Halcyon Hospitality Advisors Limited which specialises in hotel and resort development and in sourcing of distressed and non-distressed hospitality assets.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT DEVELOPMENT - CHRIS DANDRIDGE​
​​Chris Dandridge is highly experienced entrepreneurial developer and advisor. Chris has been involved with International infrastructure and real estate development with over 30 years experience in Jordan, Kurdistan, Iraq, Egypt, Libya, Syria, Spain, Gibraltar, Papua New Guinea and the United Kingdom.  He is Senior Vice President Development of Halcyon Hospitality Advisors in charge of sourcing of new projects and he specialises in distressed and non-distressed hospitality assets.
Sectors of the various industries that he has worked in include: roads, agriculture, energy, water, housing, both affordable and low-cost housing, hotels, media, oil and gas, mining, ports and marinas.

​An experienced Senior Project Manager with several years experience working on a diverse range of residential, commercial and leisure projects, from concept to completion. Experienced in Construction, pre-construction, Contract Management, contracts administration, cost management, planning and resource control. 
Where he has successfully delivered quality projects for a range of blue chip clients across all market sectors both in U.K & Ethiopia, including London 2012 Olympics games and Heathrow airport expansion to mention few. 
This has been achieved through the development and management of strong relationships throughout the all stakeholders and through my commitment to safety standards whilst delivering projects to the highest of professional standards and attention to detail within budget constraints

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER – RIADH MAAOUI
​Riadh Maaoui is a highly qualified Interior Architect from Ecole des Beaux Arts De Tunis, Tunis, Tunisia. His experience spans a variety of projects from high-end residential projects for private clients to a wide variety of hotels from two star through to five star deluxe. One of his recent hotels was the Anantara Sahara – Tozeur Resort & Villas with a budget of 120 million Dinars. The investors in this project are Qatari Diar Tozeu and Riadh Maaoui participated in the tender documents and drawing details. In addition to interior design his experience is varied in that he prepared tender documentation, supervised construction and coordinated project progress.

PROJECT MANAGER & CIVIL ENGINEER
​- TRANQUILLIN MENSAH

With a Master degree in civil works and infrastructures and with more than fifteen years experience on-hands, Tranquillin is an experienced Senior Project Manager working on a diverse range of design-build project from residential construction to marine setback project. 
Certified on Construction Quality Management training (at Wiesbaden-Germany) and worked on several projects of US Army Corps of Engineers in West Africa and Gabon, he is experienced in Construction, pre-construction, Contract Management, contracts administration, cost-schedule management, cost evaluation, etc.
As project manager, he had successfully completed safely and with required quality many projects on time + within budget.
